An amazing experience! The house is cozy and authentic, yet has everything you need: a coffee machine, a dryer, a grill, etc. It’s located in a magical spot with a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace and the bathroom window. Vitória welcomed us very warmly and attentively, giving us lots of recommendations on what to visit and where to eat — we managed to try almost everything, and it was definitely worth it! The house is very well located in the middle of the island, so you can quickly reach all directions. There’s also a beautiful black sand beach and a stunning levada nearby. Plus, bananas. Staying on a banana plantation is truly a unique experience. 👌👌👌❤️‍🔥

Ana Vitória is an outstanding host: super responsive (both before and during our stay), kind and cheerful, and provided us with clear and precise explanations for our arrival and throughout our stay. The amenities offered at Villa Hérédia fully match the listing and are perfect for the number of people we were (3 adults and 2 children). The villa’s strategic location in the heart of the town (all conveniences nearby), just steps from the beach, and allowing quick access to the main tourist spots on the island makes it an ideal choice. We can only recommend Ana Vitória and Villa Hérédia — you won’t be disappointed! If we return to Madeira, we will go back there without hesitation! Thank you !

What an amazing Airbnb. It’s everything shown and so much more. Great beds, an incredible outdoor space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool table was fun, and there are several spots to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view. However, the best part of this place is the host, Ana Vitoria. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs with lots of friendly hosts, but Ana is on a whole different level. She helped us with recommendations for an amazing day trip and much more.
